Nocatole are Sicilian sweets originating from Butera, in the zone of Caltanissetta. These are biscuits prepared with a dough based on almonds and eggs, made special by the covering with a glaze called rasto, a hard cream made with sugar and lemon that makes them crunchy and pleasant to look at.
